(ORDO NEWS) — As it turned out, people have a dangerous age when cardiovascular diseases develop most often. The study was conducted by specialists from the Texas Health Center and the University of Helsinki Central Hospital.
More than a thousand patients with different physical and age characteristics were studied. The greatest risk is carried by cardiovascular diseases, which are associated with premature death. In women, the risk of disease increases sharply after thirty, and in men – after forty. The risk of a heart attack increases many times if a person has bad habits, overweight or physical inactivity.
To prevent problems, everyone knows what to do: give the body at least a little physical activity, monitor nutrition and give up everything harmful.
Some studies have shown that high blood glucose and high blood pressure are also fatal. Men live on average to 65-69 years, and women 80-84.
