Scientists create wearable coronavirus detector

(ORDO NEWS) — Scientists at the Yale School of Public Health have developed a compact coronavirus detector capable of detecting even low concentrations of the virus.

According to scientists, the detector allows you to quickly find out about a person’s contact with the coronavirus.

Such a device is especially important for groups of people with a high risk of infection (doctors, waiters, public transport drivers, etc.).

If a coronavirus is detected by a detector, a person can quickly self-isolate, get tested for COVID-19 and not put other people at risk of infection.

So far, the detector is used only in research projects, but in the future, the devices may become publicly available to the public.
