US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — Xiaomi has announced the cheapest smartphone on the market with the ability to connect to 5th generation high-speed cellular networks. The “heart” of the new device – Mi 10 Lite – will be a Snapdragon 765G processor with an integrated 5G modem, and LiquidCool will cool it.
Mi 10 Lite received a 6.57-inch AMOLED-display with a drop-shaped shape for a 16-megapixel camera, a 4160 mAh battery, powerful wired charging (20 W) and a quad camera. What lenses are involved, Xiaomi does not say yet, but the main one will be 48-megapixel.
The thickness of the Mi 10 Lite is 7.98 mm, weight – 192 grams. Buyers will be able to choose from white, gray and green colors, writes GSMArena.
The device will go on sale by early May. In Europe, for a model with 64 GB of internal memory, they will ask 350 euros, with 128 GB – 400 euros.
For comparison, the Nokia 8.3 5G introduced a week ago – with the same chip as the Mi 10 Lite – costs from 600 euros. The flagship 5G models of Samsung, Huawei and LG with more advanced processors will cost even more.
