NEW YORK, BRONX (ORDO News) — Based on alarming artificial intelligence predictions from Google Bard, the UK could “cease to exist” at any moment. This AI chatbot has caught the attention of researchers by predicting possible scenarios for the destruction of the United Kingdom. The Daily Star reports.
For decades, experts have tried to predict doomsday scenarios, but this time the question was about the fate of Great Britain, and the answer received from Google Bard was terrifying. According to the AI, there are three potential ways to destroy Britain.
Asteroid collision
Bard warned that a collision with a huge asteroid capable of destroying the UK, although rare, was a possible event. Such a catastrophic impact would likely cause a global extinction event, affecting not only the UK but many other countries as well.
Super volcano eruption
A super-volcano eruption, which is much more powerful than normal volcanic eruptions, is also on the list of potential threats. The last supervolcanic eruption on Earth was about 73,000 years ago, and although such events are rare, they can cause devastating consequences.
Global sea level rise
Sea level rise is a more gradual but real threat. Forecasts show sea levels could rise by up to one meter by the end of the century, potentially inundating low-lying areas of the UK. This process, although slower, poses serious dangers.
Google’s artificial intelligence Bard also noted that these threats could materialize “at any time,” but their rarity makes accurate predictions impossible. Such disasters, if they occur, will have serious consequences for the economy, politics, society and culture.
The Bard also addressed possible political factors, pointing to Scottish independence or Irish reunification as potential sources of Britain’s destruction.
