Saudi Aramco exported record number of tankers
US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — Saudi Arabia immediately exported 15 tankers loaded with 18.8 million barrels of oil, said the national oil company Saudi Aramco.
“Since the world needs economic stability, Aramco is committed to providing the world with energy,” the organization said in a statement.
The company does not indicate which markets and when the cargo was directed.
Saudi Arabia fulfills its promise to increase production to a maximum after withdrawing from the OPEC + agreement; it expired on March 31.
A source in trading circles said on April 1 that oil production in the kingdom had already exceeded 12 million bps. Due to the reorientation of supplies from the domestic market, it is planned to increase production to a record 12.3 million b / s, and export to 10.6 million b / s.
