(ORDO News) — In 2018, California faced one of the most destructive wildfires in its history. The town of Paradise was virtually wiped off the face of the earth, an event that subsequently sparked heated debate about the cause of the fire.
The fires started in the summer of 2018, but at that time they were localized. However, in mid-November, new fires suddenly turned into a real monster, destroying everything in its path. More than 80 people were injured from the fires, more than 600 people were missing, more than 12 thousand buildings were destroyed, including more than 10 thousand residential buildings.
Conspiracy theories
Meanwhile, conspiracy theorists and lovers of mysterious theories began to actively discuss the possible reasons for such a scale of fires. One of the most intriguing theories involves the use of Directed-energy weapons (DEW), which until now was considered a fantastic invention. However, there is evidence that some countries could have been secretly creating and testing such weapons for a long time. DEW is capable of using various types of energy, including lasers, infrared and microwaves.
When asked who could use such a weapon, the opinions of conspiracy theorists were divided. Some believe that this is the work of omnipotent aliens, others point to the possibility of a terrorist attack, and others suggest that the US government itself could use DEW to distract people from serious crises in the country. Such weapons could be launched at precisely targeted locations using drones or small aircraft.
Another widely discussed theory suggests that a group of secret world rulers, like the Illuminati, are behind these fires. There is also a version that the fires could have started due to a large UFO falling in the forests and grew after the government decided to hide this place and destroy all traces.
Vague facts
As an additional argument in favor of conspiracy theories, it is pointed out that in California the fire has already destroyed many national parks, which previously did not suffer so much from forest fires. Ufologists also note that shortly before the fires, many UFOs were seen over California, and there is evidence that someone saw one of the UFOs fall into the forest.
It is noteworthy that in the United States there is still no clear answer to the question of what became the source of these destructive fires. Sometimes it is only indicated that the main fire probably started on the night of November 8 due to fallen power lines at one of the suburban substations.
