(ORDO NEWS) — It is about the fictional planet Nibiru. Scientists say that if it really exists, then our earth will be unlucky. It is not about natural cataclysms, but about the extinction of all living things.
A few decades ago, there was a hypothesis that the rogue planet Nibiru could appear in the solar system at any moment. Its influence on the Earth can be disastrous.
A new study conducted by scientists led by Stephen Kane from the University of California, Riverside, has shown what will happen if a new planet, Nibiru, appears in the solar system.
Kane and colleagues created a computer model in which a rogue planet flies into the solar system. They placed it between Mars and Jupiter to understand what would happen to the Earth.
If this happens, then Jupiter will be affected first. It will descend from its orbit. And this is deadly dangerous for the Earth. The gas giant is 318 times larger than our planet.
As soon as it leaves its orbit, the entire solar system will be destabilized, and Mercury, Venus and Earth will simply be thrown out of the solar system.
Accordingly, if they find themselves outside their environment, they will also become outcasts like Nibiru.
Having flown far from the Sun, the Earth will cool down and turn into a cold, icy ball without any signs of life. On the other hand, we see that the distance between Mars and Jupiter is quite large.
And if we assume that the rogue planet will be small in size, then it can take its place between them, then the death of the Earth can theoretically be avoided.
But there may be such an option that the Earth’s orbit will change, then the conditions for life on it will become more severe.
