NEW YORK, BRONX (ORDO News) — A former US Defense Department counter-intelligence expert, Luis Elizondo, has claimed that individuals who report close encounters with UFOs sometimes develop extraordinary skills and talents afterward.
Elizondo, who headed the US Government’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, shared insights into the potential physical and mental effects of UFO encounters during an interview with the YouTube show Earthfiles.
According to Elizondo, some individuals who claimed close encounters reported positive effects, such as developing new talents.
One example he provided was of a person who, despite never having played the piano before, became a “piano virtuoso” without any formal lessons. Others reportedly acquired a “sixth sense,” an extra-sensory perception that allowed them to receive information through their minds.
While many reports of encounters involve negative consequences, such as exposure to radiation leading to sunburn and brain interference, Elizondo noted that there is “preliminary data” supporting the idea that some individuals may benefit from such experiences.
He finds the positive outcomes, like the development of new skills, equally intriguing.
Elizondo also touched on the idea that UFOs could have an impact on human minds, drawing parallels to military warfare tactics involving brain “scrambling.”
He mentioned the historical instances where UFOs were reportedly involved in incidents such as knocking a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier offline and shutting down missile systems.
Elizondo suggested that manipulating human behavior through non-human technology is a possibility, stating that people‘s brains could be interfered with by unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs).
He emphasized that such an idea is not a significant leap, considering the potential manipulative capabilities.
This perspective aligns with UK Defense Intelligence Analysis, which reported on the “biological effects of UAPs on humans.” The analysis noted that several observers of the Rendlesham Forest incident in 1980, often referred to as “Britain’s Roswell,” were exposed to UAP radiation.
