Pakistan court announces ex-PM Imran Khan’s detention center trial illegal – attorney

A Pakistani court on Tuesday declared the detention center trial of gentle Prime Minister Imran Khan on charges of leaking say secrets and ways illegal, his attorney said.

A distinct court has been conducting the trial in detention center citing security concerns since Khan became indicted on the costs closing month.

“Islamabad High Court docket has declared illegal the notification for detention center trial,” said Naeem Panjutha, the attorney, in a post on social media platform X.

Khan’s true crew had challenged the rules ministry notification that ordered the detention center trial.
