Blue Angels washed ashore in Cape Town, South Africa

(ORDO NEWS) — Dozens of strange blue dragonfly marine life washed ashore near Cape Town, South Africa.

It looks like these animals are Glaucus atlanticus, which is also known as the sea swallow and blue angel.

The creatures were found on Fish Hook Beach, where they were photographed by Maria Wagener.

Ms Wagener said she found about 20 individuals on the beach, adding that she had never seen these creatures before, despite having lived near the beach for most of her life.
