Apparition of the Virgin Mary took place at the Catholic Church of St. Charles in Calabar
(ORDO NEWS) — Catholic priest, Fr. Evaristus Bassi, shared photos of the “Virgin Mary” appearing at the Shrine of Saint Charles Lwang in Calabar, Cross Rivers State.
Father Evaristus said that many people, including non-Catholics, “saw her image.”
“The Blessed Virgin Mary appeared in one of our parishes in Calabar, St. Charles Lvanga. More than 100 people witnessed this, even a Protestant pastor who came to visit his cousin, an assistant priest.
He took these photographs. The rays around her were too bright to be clear photos. She approached the Sanctuary dedicated to her, and then went up. It was amazing. She did not say anything to anyone. But I think she came to assure the presence of God with us.
Even the beams of light in the room showed that something was happening. May the prayers of our Blessed Mother help our country Nigeria. Amen”.
