NEW YORK, BRONX (ORDO News) — At the exhibition as part of the conference “Journey to the World of Artificial Intelligence,” President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin received unexpected information from an American neural network.
Artificial intelligence provided by Google has concluded that photographs of the US lunar mission are fake.
The process of detecting fake images was demonstrated by Nikolai Gerasimenko, head of data research at Sberbank.
The neural network highlighted in red those areas in the photographs that, in its opinion, are fake. It turned out that almost all the objects in the photo of the lunar mission are considered fake, while the photographs of the Chinese lunar rover raised fewer questions for the neural network.
Nikolai Gerasimenko emphasized that the conclusions were made based on many parameters, and that this decision belongs to the American neural network to avoid bias.
The head of Sberbank, German Gref, emphasized the importance of this observation, arguing that even American artificial intelligence comes to such results.
“Interesting,” noted President Putin, expressing his surprise and interest in this conclusion.
This event will certainly raise questions about the authenticity of the lunar landings and highlight how technology and artificial intelligence are becoming integral to verifying the authenticity of historical events.
