(ORDO NEWS) — Baywatch actress Pamela Anderson’s memoir will be released in January 2023 under the title Love, Pamela. Including the book will describe Anderson’s childhood, the beginning of her acting and modeling career and collaboration with Playboy magazine.
American actress and model Pamela Anderson, best known for the 1990s TV series Baywatch, will release a memoir in 2023. She announced this on her Instagram page (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist in Russia and banned), posting the cover of the book.
The book, which is scheduled to be released by HarperCollins on January 31, 2023, is called Love, Pamela (“Love, Pamela”). According to Anderson, the memoir will describe both her childhood and the beginning of her acting and modeling career, as well as her collaboration with Playboy magazine and the years after it.
“It’s like some kind of miracle to go through the painful steps of my youth again. I described in detail the most different periods of my life, whether it was my childhood or life in the Playboy mansion. It’s a celebration of imperfection, an unpolished attempt. My life is as a mother, as an activist and as an actress. I am so proud of this book,” Anderson wrote on social media.
In March of this year, it became known that Netflix streaming was filming a documentary about the life of Pamela Anderson. As the actress previously reported on her social networks, she herself also took part in the development of the project, which will be directed by Ryan White, who worked on the Ask Dr. Ruth documentary.
Earlier, in February of this year, it was reported that singer Britney Spears signed a contract to publish her memoirs with Simon & Schuster. The deal is valued at $15 million, according to Page Six.
