(ORDO NEWS) — Japanese authorities have said they are ready to share with European countries the technology that the country has developed to combat ransomware viruses.
It is noted that since April, the Japanese police successfully coped with the elimination of the consequences of ransomware attacks on three domestic companies.
Nikkei noted that these viruses were successfully removed, while the Japanese were able to recover the encrypted data.
According to experts, Trojans often end up on users’ smartphones, which either copy the design of legitimate password managers or are built into them.
This is despite the fact that, according to Google, the amount of malicious content in the app store is declining year by year.
