US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — After the murder of a black policeman in Minneapolis, protests arose in the city. The police tried hard to crush them with gas, stun grenades and rubber bullets, but the protests soon turned into pogroms and looting.
The riots began in Los Angeles, and later spread to a number of other American cities.
