Earthquake occurred in Syria
US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — Tremors of medium strength were felt on Friday evening by the inhabitants of Latakia and neighboring areas of Syria. This was reported by SANA.
According to him, local seismologists recorded an earthquake of magnitude 4.7, with an epicenter 65 km from the Syrian coast. Oscillations of the earth’s surface were felt in the provinces of Aleppo, Tartus, Hama and Homs. Information about the destruction and injuries is not given.
