It is also reported that the first positive test for covid was received at the beginning of 2021. In September, the woman was sent to a Cape Town hospital, where she tested positive again. It turned out that since the moment of infection, she continued to get sick.

The experts also added that since January, the woman faced problems related to adherence to the HIV treatment regimen.
