Unidentified object shot down over Canada
(ORDO NEWS) — Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Saturday that Canadian and US warplanes shot down an unidentified object in the sky over the country’s northwest.
“I ordered to shoot down an unidentified object that violated Canadian airspace. The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) shot down this object over the Yukon. US and Canadian aircraft were lifted into the air, and an American F-22 successfully hit the target,” he said. the prime minister of the North American country in his widespread statement.
He also said that against the backdrop of this incident, earlier in the day he had a telephone conversation with his American colleague Joe Biden.
“Now the Canadian Forces intend to remove and study the wreckage of this object. I thank NORAD for the fact that the command is in defense of North America,” Trudeau added.
Earlier, representatives of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) reported tracking an unidentified air object in the sky over Northern Canada, the details and its origin are still unknown.

Along with this, the Canadian television channel Global News, citing security sources, reports that NORAD is tracking “one or two air targets” that could potentially be spy balloons. No data on where exactly these objects were seen and to whom they may belong has not yet been published.
