Trump threatened China with a complete breakdown

US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — The United States may completely cease relations with China in connection with the coronavirus. This was warned by US leader Donald Trump, quoted by Fox Business.

Currently, the Trump administration is considering ways to punish or receive financial compensation from the PRC for the situation with COVID-19, the media writes.

Earlier in China, they said they were ready for a sanctions response if Washington accepts its anti-Beijing restrictions. Recall that the conflict between the two powers is unfolding due to US statements that Chinese officials are “responsible” for the coronavirus pandemic.

According to The Global Times, China may impose sanctions on four U.S. officials and two legal entities. Thus, inclusion in the “black” list threatens Missouri State Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who filed a “coronavirus” lawsuit in court against the Chinese authorities.

Earlier, the head of the US White House Donald Trump said he was ready to get acquainted with the draft law on sanctions against China. Sanctions are possible if China refuses to cooperate with America in the investigation of the origin of the coronavirus.
