Trump reacted to Maduro’s statement about an attempt to kill him

US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — US President Donald Trump said the United States authorities have nothing to do with what is happening in Venezuela. So he reacted to the statement of his Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro, who accused Washington of trying to kill him.

“Our government has nothing to do with this. We will find out,” Trump said in a conversation with reporters.

Earlier, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said that among the detainees during the attempt to invade the republic were two US citizens . They are allegedly members of Trump’s personal guard.

In total, eight people were killed during the conflict, the remaining two were taken prisoner. The attackers allegedly planned to kill the leaders of the government of Nicolas Maduro.
