US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — World oil prices on Friday night sharply accelerated the pace of decline – the decline in WTI quotes reached 13%, according to exchanges.
As of 18.31 UTC, the cost of May futures for WTI crude oil falls off by 10.46%, to 23.2 dollars per barrel, and a few minutes earlier this decrease reached 13%.
At the same time, the price of May futures for the North Sea Brent crude oil mix drops by 4.21%, to 27.27 dollars per barrel, and shortly before that, the indicator fell by almost 6%.
