US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — Robert Weighton from Great Britain is recognized as the oldest living man on Earth: on March 30 of this year, his age was 112 years and 1 day.
The title of the oldest man in the world passed to the centenar after the death of the Japanese Tetsu Watanabe, who died on February 23, 2010 at the age of 112 years and 355 days.
Currently, the oldest person on Earth is a resident of Japan, Kane Tanaka, who celebrated the 117th anniversary last January.
