Saudi Aramco will supply customers 8.5 million barrels per day from May 1

US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — Saudi Arabia’s state-owned energy company Saudi Aramco plans to supply customers with 8.5 million barrels of oil per day starting May 1, the company said in a statement posted on the Tadawul stock exchange website.

OPEC + agreed on Sunday to reduce oil production by about 10% of global supplies – a record volume to support oil prices amid the spread of coronavirus.
