US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — Saudi Arabia will reduce oil refining to increase exports.
In April – May, Saudi Aramco will continue to maintain a high level of oil export to foreign markets by reducing the load of its domestic refining, the company said.
“The company will continue to reduce refining at our local refineries in April and May, which will strengthen the company’s potential to export raw materials to the markets,” it said.
Earlier, the company has already announced that it intends to bring oil exports to more than 10 million barrels per day. For these purposes, part of the volumes from the domestic market will be redirected for export.
At the same time, local needs should be covered by supplies from the gas processing plant.
