There is green, black tea and oolong tea. It is green that is most beneficial: it contains many trace elements, experts are sure. Available polyphenols, the concentration of which in tea leaves can reach 35%, protect against Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases.
Green tea can prevent cancer of the lungs, kidneys, stomach, breast and small intestine. The drink also strengthens the heart muscle and the cardiovascular system in general.
A huge number of people around the world die from vasoconstriction or blockage. Green tea lowers blood pressure, due to which a positive effect is achieved. Also, some studies state that the drink lowers blood glucose levels, thereby minimizing the risk of coronary heart disease.
