Northrop Grumman tests satellite-to-Earth power transmission technology

(ORDO NEWS) — The American defense company Northrop Grumman has conducted test tests of a guidance system for the beam, through which the energy of the Sun will be transmitted from the satellite to Earth.

The tests were carried out in one of Northrop Grumman’s test chambers in Baltimore.
