US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — In Germany, two children were found to have a multisystem inflammatory syndrome, presumably associated with the new coronavirus.
Similar cases were previously recorded in the UK, when children had all the signs of toxic shock and the atypical form of Kawasaki syndrome. The guys were in intensive care with fever, rash and damage to the coronary vessels. In the United States, three children with coronavirus also had signs of a rare inflammatory syndrome.
According to Renhard Berner, a professor at the University Hospital Dresden, the connection between the new coronavirus and inflammatory syndrome has not been established, but is quite acceptable.
WHO also reported on the study of data on the relationship of these inflammatory processes, but so far there are too few, RIA Novosti reports.
