By 13:00, the East Coast of the United States (20:00 Moscow time), the S&P 500, which includes the 500 largest companies in the US market, amounted to 177.29 points (7.01%), it fell to the level of 2351.90 points. Bidding may again be suspended for 15 minutes if the fall of this index exceeds 13%. Until the end of the session, trading will be stopped if the S&P 500 crashes by more than 20%.
The American industrial index Dow Jones at that moment lost 1,660.63 points (7.82%), dropping to 19576.75 points. The Nasdaq Electronic Exchange Index fell 462.37 points (6.30%), to the level of 6872.41 points.
