(ORDO NEWS) — Back in the 1950s, ITT Corporation began to develop technology that would allow us to get an image of what a person thinks about.
It can be rightfully asserted that the machine read thoughts: it caught the electromagnetic radiation of a person and translated them into an understandable form.
It consisted of a chair for the subject, around which coils were installed that served as sensors.
How did the mind-reading system work?
The system also included three receivers with six channels and a Cray-1 computer, with the help of which an image of the image conceived by a person was received on the screen or in digital form.
It remains a mystery how this technology developed. (The study is believed to have been aided by a friendly extraterrestrial civilization from the Sirius star system. According to this theory, the Sirians passed on some basic knowledge that the researchers later used.)
Three groups of coils were arranged around the chair so that each group created one of the three mutually perpendicular components of the electromagnetic field. Thus, the person found himself inside the field created by the coil system.
The outputs of the coils were connected to three receivers, the detectors of which were finely tuned to the frequency set by the local oscillator. The most important question to which we do not know the answer is: what frequency was used in these studies?
The detector made it possible to isolate the ethereal signal of a person that changes the field of the coils, determining the corresponding bursts against the background of a given frequency.
At this stage, it is already possible to study the correspondence of certain mental images to certain signals coming from the described installation.
That is, it really allows you to read the aura – the word that psychics and metaphysicians call a person’s own electromagnetic field.
As radio receivers pick up human speech carried by radio waves, so this device picks up thoughts that (according to this theory) affect the aura.
Then the digital converter translated the signal into computer language and sent it to Cray-1, which decoded the information received.
It took a lot of painstaking work to debug the equipment and analyze the data received in order for the computer to print the dialogue. Mental dialogue of man.
Even more work is required to recreate the mental image. Improvement in technology made it possible to obtain a three-dimensional image of an image on a screen or print a picture on a printer.
Mind-reading experiment
When the Montauk group heard about the mind-reading device, the message was received with enthusiasm. They wanted to connect the ITT setup to their transmitter. Thus, the risk to a person exposed to radiation was almost completely reduced.
Theoretically, the plan was to move the person in the chair to an alternate reality with the ship’s crew involved in the Philadelphia Experiment, and ensure that they synchronized with the alternate reality, thereby keeping people sane.
A copy of the chair was made and delivered, which has since become the famous Montauk chair. It was equipped with coils specially designed at ITT.
The Cray-1 computer, which was used to decipher the fields emitted by a person sitting in a chair, was connected to an IBM-360 computer, which was used to control the Montauk transmitter. other UFO mysteries.
Previously, he participated in the development of the project “Rainbow”. Now he was brought in, hoping to get from him a metaphysical interpretation of what happens to people when they are exposed to radiation. Bilek was not only a highly qualified engineer, but also had a high mental susceptibility,
At this stage, Al helped to combine the Cray-1 and IBM-360 computers, which was a very laborious task.
The main thing was that a person with deep esoteric knowledge was needed to translate the images accumulated in Cray-1 using the IBM-360 into a language understandable for the transmitter modulator. After a year of hard work, Al created a program for the IBM-360.
As part of the project, I have been working with the transmitter and radio frequencies all this time.
And although the difficulties of connecting computers were overcome, there was still a problem with the feedback from the transmitter to the chair. We decided to move the chair to the coast, to the ITT center in Southampton, Long Island.
Psychics form thoughts (in Southampton); Cray-1 decrypts these images; data is transmitted by radio to Montauk.
The IBM-360 translates them into commands for the transmitter; the transmitter emits signals through the antenna that cause in the brains of people the thoughts formed by the psychic (sitting in a chair in Southampton). It turned out to be an amplifier of thoughts.
However, it took another whole year for any signal (that is, the mental image of a psychic) after all the transformations to retain the correct information all the way from the chair to the transmitter antenna. In addition to Duncan, two more psychics were involved in the research.
Ultimately, it was thanks to their daily many hours of effort that it was possible to debug all the necessary computer programs.
“Crash time” and the fight against it
So, the station in Montauk for the first time began to work with a high accuracy of transmission of the radiated thought. The next year (that is, at the beginning of 1975) another problem was discovered. When a glitch formed in the time stream of our reality, everything fell apart.
For example, if a psychic in a chair was mentally transferred to the future (relative to our time), which was not contained in our reality (that is, it was outside the time stream of our reality), then the connection between Southampton and Montauk was interrupted.
In addition, any glitch in space-time between the two cities interrupted the transmission of the mental image.
To better understand the concept of “time failure”, think of time as a stream. When the main flow changes due to interaction with other flows or due to the influence of other factors, its direction and speed also change, eddies are formed.
This is called “time failure”. Theoretically, this happens every now and then, but we, being inside the stream, cannot notice this failure. The same concept can be demonstrated by folds in fabric.
When using the chair in Southampton, it was not always possible to conduct an experiment, and the reason for this was time failures. It was also known that the arrival of significant energy at the transmitter at the time of the failure of time could cause disastrous consequences.
There was an urgent need to move the office chair to Montauk. First of all, powerful protection was installed around the chair to prevent the influence of Montauk’s electromagnetic fields. The protection did not help, and then they tried to find a “dead” (in the sense of the presence of electromagnetic fields) zone.
Having installed the chair in a place with the least external disturbances, they still did not achieve success.
Failures followed one after another until mid-1975, when the experimenters were advised to study the prototype chair (created jointly with the Sirians).
This device differed from that developed at ITT. The differences concerned the receivers, which received signals from the coils. The original system used on-chip receivers rather than just electronics.
After studying the prototype, a new order for the manufacture of equipment was made, which went to RCA (American Radio Industrial Corporation). Nikola Tesla’ in the 30s created receivers for RCA. In those days, Tesla’s work was hidden under the code name “N. Terbo” (his mother’s surname before marriage).
Tesla provided these receivers with specially designed inductors. Conventional coils were equipped with original fixtures designed by Tesla himself.
In addition, Helmholtz coils were also used in the receivers of the Montauk chair. They are arranged in such a way that, due to phase relations, they can create a constant field inside the coil. At Montauk, the researchers decided to use three Helmholtz coils.
When constant flows of energy are created (respectively along the three guides X, Y, Z) inside the coils, no disturbances arise from the outside.
The coils made by Tesla were perfect for the receivers used in the Montauk project. Inside the coils, not only the chair was placed, but also the receivers themselves. Thus, it was possible to protect the energy fields.
It should also be noted that the design of the coils in Tesla receivers is also known as the “Delta T” (or “Delta Time” – time change) coil.
It was precisely the protection of the energy field around the destroyer “Eldridge” that the “electromagnetic bubble” could not provide during the Philadelphia experiment. Coils “Delta T” on three axes synchronized time signals.
More suited to the project, they didn’t produce the microwave spurious that interfered with the reality alteration.
There was no sensitivity outside the coil. It was possible to install a chair in the “dead” zone between the transmitting antenna, located above the transmitter building, and the magnetic antenna, which was underground, in the basement of the same building.
Equipment for synchronizing local oscillators with the signal of the ITT system was placed in the adjacent room. Now the transmitter, antenna and seat are in the same time plane. The computers were in their own time plane, and it didn’t matter that the Cray-1 and IBM-360 were in a different building.
The mode of “imaginary time” has turned out. Computers could be placed anywhere protected from the electromagnetic and energy effects of the antenna (reinforced concrete walls provided sufficient protection).
So, finally, they created the “second generation” (and last) of the installation. The goal remained the same as that of the first chair. The same six channels were used, transmitting signals to computers.
But now there was a system to protect the signal from the effects of the antenna. Finally, in early 1976, the work was completed; the transmitter functioned just fine. But what happened next exceeded all expectations.
Creations from the ether
At the end of 1977, after a year of work on improving computer programs, the transmitter began to reproduce the original mental forms not only with remarkable accuracy, but also without time failures.
Perhaps now all the interference has been eliminated. Psychic Duncan Cameron was tasked with creating a mental image of a solid object. Guess what happened? This item really stood out from the air!
He mentally imagined a solid object and a place on the territory of the base where it should appear.
Whatever Duncan imagined, the transmitter formed a matrix of the conceived object from the ether, and he had enough energy to materialize the object in a given place. It turned out that a method was invented for creating material bodies from thought using a transmitter.
Everything that Duncan had in mind actually appeared. Often it was only visible, but intangible, like a ghost. Sometimes it was a real solid object that remained real. In other cases, this solid object remained material only during the time that the transmitter was working.
Computer readout allowed, at an intermediate stage, Duncan’s mental images to be registered, classified, and selected for broadcast through the transmitter.
The materialization of mental forms took place for the most part in the vicinity of the Montauk Air Force Base. However, experiments were also carried out in other places.
What, as Duncan’s thoughts, was his subjective reality, as a result became objective reality (solid or illusory, as the case may be). For example, he could think of a whole house, and that house would appear at the base. Typically, the experiments were carried out in this way.
The system worked with a good degree of accuracy. I wanted to explore different installation options. The first experiment was called “The All-Seeing Eye”. With a lock of human hair or other suitable object in hand, Duncan could concentrate on the wearer and could see with his eyes, listen with his ears, feel with his body.
He could literally possess other people everywhere on the planet. A large series of similar experiments followed, and it is difficult to guess how far they went.
Of course, such actions are completely unacceptable, and the program looked more sinister than implausible. Scientists were interested in how human beings think. Next, it was necessary to understand whether it is possible to introduce the necessary thoughts into a person’s head from the outside.
So, Duncan arranged a meeting with some person. Then, unbeknownst to the man, Duncan concentrated on him. In 95 percent of the cases, the subject acted according to Duncan’s thoughts.
With the ability to plant his thoughts deep into other people’s minds, Duncan could control them and make them do whatever he wanted. In this case, the impact went on a deeper level than ordinary hypnosis.
Using Duncan, Montauk’s equipment and transmitter, the scientists could enter information, programs, and orders into the human mind.
Duncan’s thoughts became the man’s own thoughts, and he could be forced to do things he would never have done himself. This is the aspect that the problem of mind control in the Montauk project took on.
This line of research continued until 1979 and included many different series of experiments, some of which were extremely interesting, while others led to terrible consequences. Individuals as well as masses of people, animals, specific areas and technologies served as their targets.
Researchers could have any impact. For example, put interference on the screen of a household TV, make the image freeze or turn it off completely. Through telekinesis, they moved objects, arranging a complete rout in the premises.
On one occasion, Duncan imagined a window breaking. The energy of the transmitter was enough to break a window in one of the buildings of the city adjacent to Montauk.
In addition, it was possible to frighten away animals from Mount Montauk, driving them into the city, and raise a real wave of crime among the population.
It should be borne in mind that Duncan performed these experiments in a special state of consciousness. He was given special training, apparently under the supervision of the CIA.
Somehow, Duncan’s conscious thinking was suppressed through sexual arousal, and then what could be called the primitive functions of the mind came out. Since Duncan was naturally excitable, it was not difficult for researchers to control the manifestations of his primitive mind.
Work was carried out to create programs that cause certain physical (primitive) sensations. Duncan concentrated on the primitive functions of the body, and the corresponding signals were recorded on a computer.
When compared with previous recordings of programs, something could be removed or added, improving the desired effect. As a result, a whole “translator” was obtained, which made it possible to inspire any “bouquet” of primitive sensations with the help of speech, writing, movements, music, etc.
Thus, techniques were worked out for isolating a pure mental form, which made it possible to inspire a person with some thought or create something from the ether.
In 1978, the Mind Control technique was fine-tuned, records were prepared and submitted to various agencies for practical testing.
