Japanese are planning to create a space base with artificial gravity

(ORDO NEWS) — Researchers from Kyoto University and construction specialists Kajima presented a mock-up of an “artificial gravity residential structure.”

The structure, called The Glass, will be shaped to mimic Earth conditions, using centrifugal force to replicate gravity. The rotating structure will make a complete revolution every 20 seconds.

“The day when people will live in outer space, on the Moon and on Mars, is inevitable,” the project participants believe.

The idea is to create such space structures with artificial gravity. in which people could live life to the fullest, have children and fly to Mars and the Moon.
