US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — The social network Facebook has banned posting on its platform a link to the site of the cryptocurrency conference “Money of the Future”, held on February 29 in Vinnitsa. This was announced by the organizer of the conference, the founder of the Trustee Wallet Bitcoin wallet, Vadim Grusha.
The site, among other things, hosted educational information on the topics discussed at the event.
Facebook is now stopping any attempt to share the link, indicating that it violates the rules of the community.
“Facebook banned the site of our educational project for unknown reasons. Now neither on the page, nor in our personal profiles, nor in the story and any other registered Facebook user can provide a link to the site,” said Vadim Grusha.
Support has not yet responded to the Trustee Wallet team.
However, in January 2018, Facebook updated the rules for advertising and prohibited the placement of ICO and cryptocurrencies on the platform.
