(ORDO NEWS) — The Croatian company Rimac has officially set the world speed record for mass-produced electric vehicles.
The electric hypercar Rimac Nevera was able to beat the previous achievement owned by the Tesla Model S Plaid.
The electric hypercar Rimac Nevera, equipped with four electric motors with a total power of 1914 horsepower (and 2360 Nm of torque), was able to reach a record mark of 412 kilometers per hour on a test track in the German city of Papenburg, which has an oval shape with two straight sections of four kilometers.
