(ORDO NEWS) — And the American company Atlas Survival Shelters, which manufactures bunkers, made a statement that demand for bunkers has increased significantly.
That is why it was necessary to increase the scale of production of shelters that can protect against radiation. Buyers prefer those bunkers that are able to protect against a nuclear war, if it does happen.
It is worth paying attention to the fact that this trend was recorded in many countries of the world. Ron Gabbard, who is the owner of the enterprise, said that the number of clients includes fairly wealthy residents of Poland and Ukraine.
He added that due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, the demand for products manufactured by their company has increased almost several times.
At the same time, frequent customers are precisely those people who live in Eastern Europe.
“No one now thinks that buying your own bomb shelter is a very bad idea. Our company has several Ukrainian clients. They want to own their own bunker as soon as possible,” says Gabbard.
The bunker can be purchased for a different price. The minimum cost is 40 thousand dollars. The maximum is a million dollars.
A standard anti-radiation bomb shelter has a height of 3 meters and a length of up to 12 meters. The shelter includes absolutely everything you need for a long stay in it.
There is furniture in the rooms, a bathroom is equipped, there are tanks under the floor in which you can store water, food and numerous supplies.
The ventilation system is additionally equipped with high quality filters that purify the air inside the hopper.
On the official website of the company there is information that in the event of a nuclear war, you will have to stay in the bunker for up to a month. This will depend entirely on the amount of radioactive fallout.
It is quite possible to stay in the bunker as long as there are enough supplies in it. It is worth noting that supplies for six months of comfortable living can be placed in the storage of one bomb shelter.
