(ORDO NEWS) — Space imaging specialist Gerald Eichstadt, using data obtained by the automatic interplanetary station Juno, created digital models of the movement of the clouds of the gas giant.
Let me remind you that the purpose of the expedition of the Juno probe is to study the gravitational and magnetic fields of the planet, as well as to test the hypothesis that Jupiter has a solid core.
In addition, the device is engaged in the study of the planet’s atmosphere – determining the content of water and ammonia in it, as well as building a map of winds that can reach speeds of 618 kilometers per hour.
