Coronavirus: Trump “would like” stores to reopen for Easter April 12

US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — Donald Trump said Tuesday that stores will reopen in the United States by Easter Sunday, April 12 this year, less than three weeks from now.

“I would like it to be open for Easter, I’m telling you right now,” the president said on Fox News.

Over 10,000 additional cases have been recorded in 24 hours in the United States, which now lists more than 46,160 confirmed cases.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the United States could become the main focus of the pandemic in the world.

Tens of thousands of businesses are now closed while various states, including California and New York, have taken containment measures, claiming a total of 100 million inhabitants – nearly a third of the population – to stay at home.
