US, WASHINGTON (ORDO NEWS) — Black holes do not wander around the universe, randomly absorbing worlds. They follow the laws of gravity just like other objects in space. The orbit of the black hole must be very close to the solar system in order to affect the Earth, which is unlikely.
If the sun were replaced by a black hole with the same mass as the sun, the Earth would not fall inward. A black hole with the same mass as the sun will retain the same gravity as the sun. The planets will still revolve around the black hole, as now they revolve around the Sun.
