(ORDO NEWS) — Plasmos has announced plans to create a transport and cargo spacecraft called the Space Truck, which will be able to deliver a payload to an altitude of up to 1,400 kilometers.
Now the company is developing various configurations of the spacecraft, which will be partially printed on a 3D printer.
So, for example, in a Flatbed configuration, the Space Truck can accommodate one 400-kilogram satellite.
In the Musketeer configuration, the spacecraft will be able to carry four 75-kilogram satellites on board.
To work in orbit, Plasmos plans to offer a Space Truck AAA with robotic arms that can handle satellites or collect space debris.
Plasmos plans to hold the first demo of its technology in January 2024.
