Black hole in the center of the Milky Way may be surrounded by thousands of Earth-like planets

(ORDO NEWS) — The new theory of scientists says about thousands of planets called blanets, which are in close proximity to the black hole. Such objects are created from clouds of dust surrounding a black hole.

Any galaxy has a supermassive black hole at its center that links galactic elements. From time to time, bright pillars of matter create jets that can be seen through space. According to the new theory, such formations can have blues, moreover, in large numbers.

In their structure, blues are not much different from planets orbiting stars. Some of the objects are as hard and rocky as the Earth. Some blues are gaseous formations like Neptune.

Scientists note that not every supermassive black hole can have blankets. It is much easier to become a planet near a star than in the area of a black hole, since gas and dust are denser. Also, problems are created by the corona of falling matter at the edge of the black hole’s horizon: it prevents the formation of ice, and it is one of the main components. When the particles are covered with ice, they can stick together to form whole structures. Some black holes have snow lines on disks of spinning matter. These are areas outside of which there are suitable conditions for creating ice.

The blankets themselves are not particularly attractive to the scientific world. Experts, in particular from the Japanese Kagoshima University, are more attracted by the very fact of the formation of bodies around black holes. There is no need to talk about a possible life on the blues so far.
