
Archaeologists stumble upon ancient tools in northern Turkey
(ORDO NEWS) — The study of a cave in northern Turkey helped specialists find ancient tools. It is assumed that they could have been hidden there about 11 thousand years ago.
Representatives of scientific cooperation have long known about the campsites of people located in the northern part of the republic. Gradually, they grew into whole settlements, reports Planet Today. Some people preferred to settle in caves, while other groups lived in houses.
Archaeologists have managed to find in northern Turkey a set of ancient tools made of flint and obsidian. According to experts, it was kept in one of the local caves. Later it turned out that all these finds were made in other regions, and then moved here.
