Android apps are now available on Windows 10

(ORDO NEWS) — Android mobile applications have become available on the Windows 10 operating system. To work, you will need to install the Link to Windows add – on and connect your computer with your phone to the same Wi-Fi network.

The update significantly expands the standard Your Phone application for Windows 10, making it possible to connect the user’s smartphone. On the screen, it is possible not only to run the add-ons installed on the smartphone, but also to pin them to the taskbar or the “Start” menu.

Also, the operating system allows you to work in them as in the most common programs for Windows. The phone itself, with the applications of which the interaction takes place, must be turned on at this time and use the same Wi-Fi connection as the user’s computer.

Despite a significant update to Windows 10, the system cannot work with all Android devices without exceptions yet. Supported phones are dominated by Samsung models running Android 9.0 Pie. Also, the program cannot yet work with several add-ons at the same time, but the developers promise to fix this defect by the end of the year.
